A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (a Master?s is preferred), plus at least 5 yrs in the oil and gas industry (ten to fifteen years are desirable), with a significant amount of time as a production engineer are required. Strong communication abilities and a propensity for mentoring less experienced engineers are pluses.
