Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Applies statistical methods and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process, staff requirements and production standards. - Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability and minimize cost. - Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency using CAD software and computer. - Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures and activities. - Formulate sampling procedures and designs and develop forms and instructions for recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data.- Study operations sequence, material flow functional statements, organization charts and project information to determine worker functions and responsibilities. - Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff and facility utilization. - Plan and establish sequence of operations to fabricate and assemble parts or products and to promote efficient utilization. - Introduce or recommend changed to work methods, safety measures and labor organization. - Monitor current environmental, health and safety practices and ensure current compliance and make recommendations for improvements. Qualifications- 2-3 years of experience within an oil and gas manufacturing facility is preferred.- 4 year degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology or any other pertaining engineering discipline is required.So if you would like to know more about this opportunity, please apply today.
