Community Trash Pick Up - PT Evening Service Valet In 77065 in Houston, TX

Valet Waste, the nation's leading provider of doorstep trash and recycling collection services, is hiring PT evening service valets. We have immediate openings in The Heights, Montrose, Midtown, Cypress, and 290 areas.Sunday-Thursday schedule, starting at 8PM. Friday, Saturday are off days, with service continuing Sunday at 8PM.~Pick up truck, and smart phone/iPhone required for this job~ ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Collect waste and recycling door to door within an assigned apartment community and transfer to the trash compactor onsite. Collection must begin and end at the designated time. - Inspect and maintain trash compactors, halls, stairs and floors according to Valet Waste standards - Document and report daily (via smart phone application) all property and resident non-compliances and compactor arrival / departures - Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT -Must have Smart Phone (Android 2.2 or iPhone 4.3OS or newer) with data plan - Must have pick-up truck to transport trash items from door to property compactor - Must currently have and maintain a valid driver's license and auto liability insurance - Ability to operate a motor vehicle and drive locally to other properties as needed - Flexibility to work and/or be on call during night-time hours. Must be available between 8pm and 11pm - Ability to lift up to 50lbs - Ability to work outdoors and work/drive in changing weather conditions - Ability to climb stairs, walk distances, and be exposed to disagreeable odors - Ability to pass a background check ~Compensation varies per apartment complex worked, with an average of $500 - $1200 a month~Please call/text Adam @ [removed phone]
