Director, Channel Marketing Duties & Responsibilities
? Develop and implement a channel marketing program including strategy, leveling and deliverables that meets the needs of our diverse channel
? Work with Product Management & Product Marketing to create the necessary deliverables to develop syndicatable programs through our various channels
? Manage a team of channel marketing & field marketing managers to define & execute individualized plans with target partners
? Monitor the performance of the program, eliciting feedback for each subsidiary, identifying and agreeing improvements.
? Identify the best practice in partner marketing activities and ensure that this is accommodated within the programs for all partners
? Build and maintain the Alert Logic partner website & presence
? Develop standard business plan template to use with channel partners, working with individual partners to ensure these plans are completed
? Work together with partners to ensure successful execution of campaigns and programs on a country level
? Collaborate with other functions to identify and create opportunities for partner involvement to achieve sales and business plan objectives
? Ensure that the ongoing aspects of the partnership, including (but not limited to) training, event co-ordination, equipment requests are executed effectively in the local markets
? Provide ROI analysis of investments and success measurement of programs
Minimum experience
? Put together a channel marketing program, preferably involving managed service providers
? Experience developing impactful lead generating programs that are customized and used by partners
? Partner experience in the IT industry, with a preference for managed service providers
? Implemented co-marketing and MDF programs
? Budget ownership and management background
