Energy Resourcing Americas has been tasked to identify applicants for a Director Upstream Subsea for our major EPC client in Houston, TX. These positions are located in the Houston, TX and are direct staff position or contract. Description Makes decisions and recommendations that are recognized as authoritative and that have critical and far-reaching impact on projects being executed by the company. Develops effective working relationships with customers, suppliers and internally. Demonstrates creativity, foresight, and mature judgment. Assignments are broadly defined and supervision is administrative. Manages and supervises senior level engineers. Sets the leadership tone, priorities and direction for the organization. As an individual contributor may be assisted by other engineers on assigned projects. Contributes to and implements strategy. Requirements Bachelors, Masters or PHD with 25+ years. PE registration preferred; or equivalent level of experience. Active member of industry associations. Must be legally authorized to work in the USA for any employer other than your current employer.
