Maintenance Supervisor - Greens Port Industrial Park in Houston, TX

? Ensure Watco company procedures and policies are enforced.? Initiate, conduct and oversee training activities concerning preventive maintenance and equipment operation.? Discipline and conduct performance evaluations for teammates.? Any other job related task as assigned by Facility Manager. Qualifications? 7+ years supervisory background in facilities maintenance & industrial park environment.? Outstanding verbal and written correspondence abilities.? Hands on background with electrical, plumbing and related operational systems.? Expertise to perform activities requiring physical effort.? Expertise to lift up to 50lbs.? Must be a person of high integrity with an excellent work ethic? Expertise to be flexible & available in the event work is required in the evenings or weekends and in the event of any emergency.Education Requirement
