These individuals will be an integral part of their accounting team and will have the responsibility for fixed asset and inventory processes and tax accounting and filings. This opportunity offers a very competitive salary in the 70k to 80k range plus additional bonuses, excellent benefits including pension plan, 401k matching and opportunities for exciting growth within their growing corporate environment. The following are some of the representative responsibilities for the Senior Accountant position Timely and accurate recording of fixed asset transaction and maintenance of fixed asset database Analysis of Inventory Reserves, assist in Physical Inventory tracking Ensure accurate fillings of Sales and Use Taxes, Petroleum Tax while co-coordinating with external tax counsel. Assisted in Special Projects, as required. Position responsibilities are as follows Bachelors Degree or Higher in Accounting Preference for MBA or CPA Designation 3yrs of broad financial accounting background, preferably in an EP, Oil Field Services or Manufacturing environment with revenues of 500M or greater Professional presence with the expertise to display strong critical thinking, communication and technology skills Advanced Microsoft excel and knowledge of SAP FICO and SAP reporting tools desired.
