This individual will be an integral part of their management team and will have the responsibility to formulate and provide financial and strategic advice to the Board of Directors and President of the publicly traded parent organization. This VP of Finance role offers a highly aggressive compensation in the 150k range plus additional bonuses, excellent benefits including pension plan, 401k matching and opportunities for exciting growth within their growing corporate environment. The following are some of the representative responsibilities for the VP of Finance Provide clear objectives, guidance and direction to Accounting, Finance and Details Systems teams comprised of four direct reports and sixteen dotted line reports Performing the appropriate strategic and financial analyses, utilizing the current methodologies for business plan modeling and projections, ROI Analysis. Identify and implement new policies and processes where appropriate Effective analysis of investment and CAPEX opportunities enabling reliable valuation and decision-making. Position responsibilities are as follows Bachelors Degree or Higher in Accounting, Finance or Economics Preference for MBA or CPA Designation twelve years of broad financial and operational oversight background, preferably in an EP, Field Services or Manufacturing environment with revenues of 500M or greater Proven upward career movement and demonstrated expertise to maintain longterm tenure Professional presence with the expertise to display strong critical thinking, communication and technology skills Advanced knowledge of SAP FICO and SAP reporting tools desired.
