The Wellington Group has been engaged to find five (5) Verification Engineers with experience in verification of digital, analog and mixed signal audio CODEC. You will work closely with designers, applications engineers and manufacturing testing to support verification and final validation efforts. Who Do You Know?This position is responsible for managing and coordinating functional verification, failure analysis and resolution of mixed signal audio for various consumer and commercial electronics products and devices. Ability to create, evaluate, debug, and improve a verification process is essential for this position.The qualified candidate(s) will have:? Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Science is required? Must be able to work in the US, current H1B is acceptable (needs review)? Strong communications skills both written and oral? 5+ years experience with mixed signals verification, both analog and digital? Experience with both pre-silicon and post-silicon is ideal? Background with Hardware Verification Language (HVL) to verify the design(s) of ICs using SystemVerilog, UVM, Vera and Hardware Description Language (HDL) for a full HDVL approach? Ability to work effectively and proficiently with Design Engineers for client projects and deliverables? High level of proficiency with Perl, Matlab, Unix. TCL and Verilog?
