Job Description
Due to our explosive growth, Lanier Parking Solutions, a nationwide parking and transportation management company, has an immediate need for a high energy, results driven Assistant Manager for our Houston, TX operations. Initiative, enthusiasm, and creative thinking are key attributes that we are looking for in an Assistant Manager as you will be the one who leads, trains, develops and motivates your team members to succeed. This is an excellent entry level position for the right person with determination, organizational skills and a desire to learn. Hours could vary tremendously, since this person will not be dedicated to simply one operation. Availability on nights and weekends is extremely important to be able to support all types of operations in Houston, TX.
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Manager with all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the parking facility/project. You will be working in close collaboration with the Manager to supervise hourly employees (cashier, maintenance, etc.), such as maintaining daily attendance and ensuring company standard compliance. This is a hands on position in which you will also be required to provide exceptional customer service to all customers and clients, ensure the facility appearance is at its best, supervise ticket inventory, perform daily/weekly/monthly company required operating reports, etc.
