Chief Executive Officer CEO needed for free standing Houston, TX, area specialty hospital. Bachelors degree required, masters preferred. Min background of at least 5 yrs in hospital management. LTAC background is preferred. Expertise to communicate effectively written and verbal in an effort to motivate and direct actions of others. Working knowledge of trends in health care. Strong physician relationship skills. Understanding of financial reports. Background in conducting meetings of the medical staff and governing board. Working knowledge of Medicare, OSHA, JCAHO, CMS and state guidelines. Working knowledge of computers with good word processing skills.
