WE ARE HIRING!!!!We are currently seeking subcontractor PAINTING CREWS for immediate hire to work in the Spring/Houston area!!Painting Crew Requirements:? Must be EXPERIENCED painters with a professional crew of 3-4 workers.? Must own all tools necessary to perform the work required.? Must have reliable transportation.? Must provide proof of general liability & workers compensation insurance.? Must be willing to work as a contractor (1099).? Must possess skills needed to perform job duties successfully with limited supervision? Have ability to effectively manage crews/project issues/deadlines, etc.? Be able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in given situations.? Excellent written and oral communication skills.? Strong customer focus and customer service orientation.? A thorough knowledge of best practices relating to painting and safety procedures.? Ability to work independently and with team to effectively prioritize and complete assigned tasks in a timely fashion.? Ability to manage multiple projects and pay close attention to detail.?
