Roommate Wanted - Greater Heights Area in Houston, TX

I am looking for a roommate to take over a lease for 6 months (time table is negotiable). I live in Woodside Village Apartment Complex, a quiet community off 610 in the Greater Heights area. You'd be renting one bedroom and one bathroom. The bedroom is carpeted with a large walk in closet and a window, very clean. The bathroom is right outside, large in size with great counter tops and storage. The apartment itself has a living area, dining area, den, large kitchen and balcony, along with two closets for storage. The areas are all tile except for the bedrooms that are carpet. I am a very clean person and tidy up after myself. I have a dog so pets are welcome. I work a different schedule due to my job, so if a roommate would be willing to help take him out every so often, that would be great. I am pretty laid back and enjoy spending time with friends, cooking/grilling, trying new places (I am new to Houston) and meeting people. Please message me for more information!
